Do you really need to abbreviate it?
As I was creating posts for a client and gathering property information, it was glaring how many Realtors find it necessary to abbreviate the silliest things. Did you know they abbreviate the word "wood" with "wd.?" That's ONE character they have saved because they used the period. Same with "ba." for "bath." What about "rms." for "rooms?" Why bother? Just let us read your message clearly. It's the MLS, not Twitter. You can write out your description without having to fit it on a license plate or keep it to 140 characters. If you have to lose something, cut down on the repeated exclamation marks and hyphen-train.
I'll rant about apostrophes another day. Hint: They are POSSESSIVE or for contraction – NOT for making something plural!
