Sometimes you have so many team members across the country or around the world, but they need to post a consistent message that reflects your company culture, branding and level of professionalism. Sometimes you also don’t have the time to go over and over the same basic tasks due to time zones, help desk limited hours. That’s where a training library solves the issue. I created a marketing training library for a firm that is in 23 states. Eventually they’ll have hundreds of agents and need to be able to on-board them quickly and consistently. Giving them the training they need, when they need it is a key factor.

The feedback has been terrific. They are even able to submit requests for other training topics. We give credit to the agent who requested the topic, post it to the team, thank them publicly. It adds to their recognition and does nothing but build positive and lasting relationships.
